1. Connect the camera and your computer to the same network.

2. Download the IPCManager software on the computer to search for the camera`s IP address. Here is the download link to the software.

3. Select the camera and right-click the mouse, then click 'open home'.

4. Enter the camera`s user name and password.

The default user name is admin, and password is 12345

5. Go to ‘Configuration→Basic Settings’, then click ‘Delete’. After that, you can reconnect the camera to a new App account.
