Method 1: Press and hold the reset button on the tail line of the camera for ten seconds, the camera will return to its factory settings, and then the camera will automatically reconnect to the NVR.

Method 2:

Enter the channel settings page of the NVR, edit the offline channel, and enter the login password of the NVR into the channel settings. The add mode of channels needs to be plug and play.
