Note: Please download and install the latest Guard Viewer version for your smartphones.

Step 1: You need to allow Guard Viewer  App to send you notifications on your smartphones. Click “Settings” >> “Notifications” on your smartphone, and then click Guard Viewer App to allow notifications.

Step 2:Clikch the list button and the choose Alarm Notifications.

Step 3:Open your NVR Alarm Notification,click the Allow Notification buton.and turn on.(the icon will turn green)

Step 4:setting done,you can see the alarm message from your smartphone.

Click the message will go into the Guard Viewer app.

You can cilck the  icon,the app will automatically play the playback of this time.
