Open your camera's web site,then click the Configuration button,you will see this camera P2P code and P2P status,make sure the P2P status is online.

HOW TO FIND MY CAMERA'S IP ADDRESS AND FIX IT?

Open the AView app,login your AView account,make sure the 'Country and Region' is confirm with yours.(If you don't had AView account,you need to choose Country and region then Sign up with your phone number or Email account)

Then click the Add device button,scan the QR code in your camera's web site.and set name of this camera. 

NOTE:If your phone show 'device online timeout,please reboot',you need to reboot the camera then wait a minute scan the QR code to add it again. you can reboot the camera via web.

Then you can click the screen and watch live view.
