Some customers say, the HDD can’t run in DVR but can in PC, is DVR bad? We just want to let you know these:

1. DVR is only a device, such as DVD player. When CD has some problems, the player can’t read it normally. It is the same as our DVR. Each time the DVR start and it will check the HDD, If there is any problem, DVR can’t skip and then stop.

2. PC is a intelligent system. Each time it starts, it also will check the HDD by itself.  But when it meets a problem, it will skip this area. At the same time the HDD also can run.

We can not rule out the problem of DVR, but we can not use this method to detect. It can’t show us where exactly is the problem.
